Larissa's "when she feels like writing stuff" page

It is official- I'm going to do my first Triathlon May 20th! 3/4 mile swim, 16 mile bike ride, 5 mile run! Not sure if I will make it alive, but I will do it :). I'm excited!

Training is crazy! I'm swimming 3 xs a week, running and biking 2xs a week, while doing an additional long run/ride 1x a week. It is busy on top of working, school and house work!

Training is making me hungry all day (doesn't seem like I'm ever satisfied) and makes me sleep more. I haven't gotten myself to actually get my butt in bed earlier so have been sleeping in. What does this mean? Staying at work longer, working from home more or playing catch up every morning. I need to work on this...

I'm putting in recessed lighting in my 2 spare bedrooms and hallway this week. Sunday I will do more painting. Painting? I hate painting!

MMM, hot tub! Just for a little while- I had a tough workout today. I covered 4 miles of running, but did 3 miles on hills. I was surprised I actually did pretty good on the hills. I rarely train hills, but been training with the SVTC and they are prepping us to do the Wildflower Triathlon, which is lots of hills. I figured it'd be good training even though the Uvas route isn't too hilly.
