I don't have time to write, but will try to spit a few words out onto the 'blog'.

Friday evening I wanted to have poker night with the girls, but no one called me back, lol. Yea, my girl friends? Flakes! Like ALL of them. Or perhaps NONE of them like me?!

I ended up getting things done at home. I mounted my rear speakers for my surround sound system. I put my 'collage' of Asian items in a frame. I actually watched a movie, "The bosses' daughter". I enjoyed it, I thought it was pretty funny. I VERY rarely watch movies, let alone by my lonesome.

I used to watch movies; when I first moved out of my folks house. I lived in a mobile home off of Hwy. 29. Nice location- out in the 'country', near Pajaro and the San Juan rivers (fork was in the back). Many trees, sand, brush; very nice.

I lived on my friend's parents property. There was many kids (3 of which are my lil 'girl friends'- Athena, Alexis and Appolonia) that lived in the house, so there were many movies. I used to borrow the Disney movies. I love Disney movies! I can watch those all the time. Oh, yes, and "Shirley Temple" and "I Love Lucy" movies.

Saturday I did more things around the house. Saturday evening I went to Supercross OOOH! Man oh man does this look like fun! House->Truck->Dirt Bike-> Larissa jamming, flying, jumping :)

Sunday I learned few things about Black Jack, "split", "double card down". Mario's mothers coworker used to be a dealer. This 74yr old that still drives, works and makes some money at the casinos. This lady seemed like she was 60ish? maybe? She taught us a few things, maybe I will put them into action this weekend? If those dang girls call back?! :P

Monday, Monday? Shoot THIS was a MONDAY? My workload made it feel like it was a Thursday! Insane, I don't even want to know how this week is going to be.

Ok, back to homework...

Oohs:
-I'm lifting mas and losing weight?!

Boos:
-Larissa got a B+ in 'Teamwork class'. A B+! This is her 4th? class?! Argh, Larissa is mad! She had a LOWSY final team presentation the last day of class. It wasn't my fault! I dont' have time to get into detail, next time.
-I've got LOTS of bills to pay right now!

Ahs:

Trying to manage my time better...

I am attempting to place my focus on things I MUST attend to and prioritize the items I need to do. I just discovered that 1/2 the time I 'wonder' off to something else is because I think it will take a short while. Well, this item may take a short while, but so does the other item, and that new one, yea, and that one other one.

Weekend-
Went shopping. Ooh Oh fun? Not. I hate shopping. I dislike wondering through wads of people looking for something interesting enough to spend money on. My taste isn't addressed in any clothing articles. What is my taste? Uh, dunno.

I saw Oceans Twelve. I thought Ocean's Eleven was better up until the ending. '12' has a good twist or 2, or 3, or...shoot. The ended was so twisted it seemed like a pretzel. I was confused on some parts of the ending. While pondering how these events occurred I lost track of all the twisted parts. The ending confused me! I need to watch it again.

It's bed time and I'm beat..

OOhs:
-I may have purchased some stylin clothing?
-I start my written communicatino class manana. Very cool, I'm looking forward to it. Hopefully y'all are too:P.

Boos:
-I saw a possum across the street from my condo. YES! A possum. Ick, they are ugly and dirty and wth is it doing strolling around in the neighborhood? Maybe I'll see it looking a little differently in a few days...
-Um, was the animal that was living above my bed NOT a raccoon, but a possom? Oh my!
- I am now fixing my 4th computer in like 2 months. I was delegated to fix Mario's friend's PC. Pift, PCs suck.

Ahs:
-The first calculating mechanism is an abacus. It is believed to have been invented by the Babylonians sometime between 1000BC and 500 BC. The abacus was a flat stone covered with sand with pebbles placed on a lines drawn in the sand.

Maybe I have a little time this evening to write..

HA.. I have a couple documents to read and want to get to bed asap.

Work-
I moved into another building. Right now it is near empty, but more people will soon move in.

I've got about 6 more shuffles to do before Feb 9th move in. Crap, that is like 3 a week. Ick.

I'm suppose to give the facilities electric guy? the final plans, but the plans keep changing. Keith, my counterpart; who is working on the other lab logistics and myself have been joking (very sarcastically) about how much are 'final' plans aren't going to be our final plans.

Too many dependencies, too many "Oh, I also have this other equipment", "can I have my rows back to back?", "Its too cold in this room", blabla. Ya know what?! Darn :)

I'm accommodating, but only where I can. I am not going to redo my entire plan sorry, no way. It's already been redone 4xs. Op, I should be thankful. I believe my manager did his like 7xs!

School-
I completed my 3rd class- 'Teamwork and collaboration'. Lotta good useful info in there. Once work starts settling down I think Imma try out some things.

I'm onto my 4th class- 'Written communication'. I'm looking forward to this class. I hope to take away mucho skills. Hopefully ya'll can tell when I'm completed :P. Yea, right, Larissa. Let's not get carried away.

Home-
Faucets? Not installed yet.
Ice maker? Not installed yet.
Tool chest? OOH bro finally dropped it off!
Tool chest? Not out of box yet.
Plants? Oh my, their dying...
Snake? So so mean Imma fling him out my front door.
Living room decor? Huh? Yea, have to grab a hold and mold the wild ideas I did have, at one time :).

Gym-
Woo! I'm making it! I told myself, as busy as you get continue going. It helps relieve SOME of the stress. Feels good!

I've been using the bench press machine which basically puts the bar weight at 0 or 10 lbs. A coworker, Viren, has been spotting me. So the other day I went to 24 hr and used the regular bench. ARGh! WTH! I only did 5 with 25's on each side! WHAT! 95 lbs and I can't even do a set. Ooh, I'm mad... no more dang bench press MACHINE for me. That thing is screwing me up. 95 use to be my first set! Not my struggling last set!

Ok, back to reading.

Oohs:
-Oh my, this is going to be hard...
-I think that animal that was living above my bed moved. I haven't heard him in about a week.
-I saw Shrek 2.

Boos:
-My head hurts everyday...too many things going on, too many thoughts... too too too
-I need new tires!

Ahs:
-Melapodes are rare birds that live in the South Pacific. These birds don't nest their eggs, they bury them ine burrows and mounds. The sun incubates them.

*GASP*

Work is killing me
*we're moving closer to the move... so SOME time it should settle down.

I had a meeting with a bunch of first level managers, a second level manager and a couple engineers. I think the meeting went well, but there was 2 people challenging my intelligence. Um.. step in the ring my friends, step in the ring.

Meeting was good, but I did screw up and not address something I should have addressed at the beginning of the meeting- Introduction. Introduce myself, what I'm doing and introduce our team and what they do. Oh well, I did learn from it. Each meeting is helping me out...

School is killing me
Teams? Teams? Man I need to learn this stuff. I REALLY need to learn how to make a bad, sucky team to a good, productive one. The reading material this class I am in now, Teamwork and Collaboration, has is very beneficial. I need to plug this information into my study team ASAP! I also need to figure out how to put this info to use in our team at work. Man, do I have ideas! I need to some being so busy and get to making a difference! Or atleast trying :)

Not working out is killing me
*I did manage to play some basketball and lift today. I told myself I MUST! So got out of work at a reasonable time. Only to do work at home...ick.

I have some freaken animal living above my bedroom. He scrambles around, making weird howling type noises. He seems to be RIGHT above my bed. What the heck? Where's my mashedy?

Great.. I just heard a gun fire. Too bad they missed the animal, I heard it howl a few minutes after. Argh. Ghettoness...Ghettoness. Only 1.5 more yrs :) then I HOPE to be onto a house. A house with a nice yard and nice garage.

BED is SOO calling me. I'm exhausted and have LOTS of work tomorrow.

Oh, weekend- didn't do anything. Hung out with folks on Sat night (Ma, Pa, and Peanut stayed here). Wished my youngest bro off to College again...Will see him in May.

Well I made it through LV alive.

New Years at Las Vegas wasn't as crazy as I thought.

We arrived in Las Vegas shortly after noon on Thursday. Airport wasn't busy, neither were the streets of LV.

We stayed at Bally's. I want to stay at every theme hotel in Vegas.

Drinking, gambling, walking around; that's what's done in LV. HEY...that is what I did in LV. I didn't gamble much, just really wasn't into it. This could be a good thing? Could not be a good thing? I came back with more money than I thought since I didn't spend as much as I anticipated on gambling. So- good thing. HOwever, perhpaps if I did gamble the 150 I could have brought back more? HA...oh well, didn't do it.

The small amount I did gamble simply went into the table few slots

Friday afternoon the casinos started to get busier. By 10pm there were too much people to comfortably walk. Sure, I like big events, sure I like cool experiences, BUT, BUT, what I hate are the crowds! Ick, I don't like people accidently touching me. Argh, I dont' like people bumping into me. Grr, I don't like people?!? :P

10 casinos had a firework show. It was fun and exciting. Ooh, cool. ICk, yea, all the people..

Saturday we went to see a 'different side of Cirque Du Soleil'. Yea, I lied....I THOUGHT we were going to see Mystere at Treasure ISland, but nope, I was wrong...we watched Zumanity at New York New York Casino

Um, wow, what a show. I did like the acrobatic parts in the show, however it was a lil 'too much' for me. There was a transfestite hosting the show (or presenting one). 2 guys kissed, 2 girls touched each other...It definitely wasn't a show for the easily offended. I don't think I am easily offended, but there were some things I disliked.

I do think the majority reason I wasn't too impressed with this show is because I expected it to be as acrobatic and astonishing as there other shows. I was kind of bummed because I really like there shows, they are awesome, simply amazing! I had told everyone that we need to check them out while in LV. Dave picked up some tickets. I recommended Mystere, but some reason Zumanity was chosen (think only this show had tickets left. I wasn't sure if the others enjoyed it and would want to see another of their shows.

If that was the first show of theirs I saw I don't know if I'd be too interested in seeing another show.

Weekend was fun. I enjoyed the time. And, whoa...I didn't think about work!?!

OOhs:
-It didn't rain, as it was forecasted, in Las Vegas
-I didn't get drunk during the Las Vegas weekend

Boos:
-I didn't get drunk during the Las Vegas weekend
