Busy weekend! Shoot, busy month!

Friday evening I went to Derek, Mario's best friend's graduation party. Derek graduated from San Jose Police Academy. Saturday morning I went to the International Motorcycle Show. The motorcycle ride to the show, ~10 miles was rather interesting. I've never ridden in that much rain. I arrived at the show soaked and cold. The ride wasn't horrible, but wasn't fun either; the ride was 'interesting' and I'll leave it at that.

Saturday evening I went to World Championship Ice Racing. Now this was cool! I have heard of this on TV before, but have never seen it. Looks like fun?!?! You Betcha! I have some pics, but blogger isn't working with my right now. Will post later.

Today I went to the Nutcracker with my Ma. My Ma n I use to go every year. I started going when I was a wee little thing, requiring weight assistance on the theater seats. I was Ooh too light and couldn't manage to keep my seat down. My mother would place her purse on my seat to stop the seat from folding up on my :). Each time I went to the show we dressed up. I remember my mother buying me a new dress before each show. I remember one year, it may have been the first time I really wore tights; I was squirming around, itching my legs and complaining of the discomfort the tights gave me. Ha! Well this year, no dress, no purse weight assistance and no itchy tights :).

I had a nice time with my folks this weekend (moto race and nutcracker). I need to spend more time with them.
