Phew... 

yes, money is IN my account!!! I am finally DONE with this condo- it is finally gone! WOOo!!!

I haven't had internet at my home, so I haven't updated this and before was too busy. I still haven't gotten my internet up (was suppose to be on the 27th), so this will be a quick update.

I moved into the house on February 7th. I re-carpeted the family, living and upstairs. I installed bamboo floors in the office and dining. I have my Direct TV, phone, refrigerator, washer & dryer installed. I will be getting a security system installed tomorrow. Why? Cause my friend talked me into it- guess it is a good idea since I am the only one living there. Will help me not freak out so much after I watch scary movies? HA! I will still keep my saftey items in my nightstand though :).

I have had many ups and downs through this whole buying/selling ordeal. I will let you know ALL the fun details later- I don't have time now. I will have pictures soon...

I'm having a drink tonight!!!
